What is wrights station?

Wrights Station is a historic train station located in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California, United States. It was built in 1883 and served as a stop on the narrow-gauge South Pacific Coast Railroad until it closed in 1940. The station was named after Joseph Wright, who owned a nearby ranch and helped fund the construction of the railroad.

In the early 2000s, the building was restored and converted into a private event venue. It now hosts weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. The station retains many of its original features, including the ticket window, waiting room benches, and wooden shingles. It is listed on both the California Register of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places.
